MOFFETT FEDERAL AIRFIELD, Calif. -- Are you a creative person? Do you read household paint or nail polish color names and think to yourself, "Geesh, I can come up with a name better than that."
Well we have an exciting opportunity for you!
The 129th Rescue Wing Public Affairs office's newsletter, the Rescue e-Gram, is in need of a name change. Although the publication transitioned from print to electronic two years ago, we kept the 'rescue' and the 'gram.'
We think it's time for a change; we need your help.
Starting today and through August 28, we'll be holding a naming contest for the Rescue E-Gram. We are looking for a name that encapsulates our mission and legacy. It should be creative and snappy but not outlandish or antiquated. We're open to any of your ideas so feel free to send them our way.
Here are the contest rules:
- Submit your suggestions to
129RQW.PA@ang.af.mil, 650-603-9152 or via Facebook at
http://www.facebook.com/129RQW.
- At the end of each week PA picks the top suggestion.
- Each week's top suggestion will be included in a final poll posted on the wing's Facebook page. The name with most votes wins.
- The contest winner receives a prize!
Your participation in shaping the brand of the commander's primary communication tool is appreciated. Have fun with this opportunity and give us your ideas and votes!
