Equal Opportunity Office

The primary objective of Equal Opportunity (EO) is to improve mission effectiveness by promoting an environment free from institutional and personal discrimination and harassment that prevents members from rising to their highest potential. The mandate of the EO program is to help Commanders and Supervisors at all levels conduct programs for equal opportunity and treatment. The EO office is a Wing Staff agency responsible for implementing the Wing Commander's EO Program.

Our goal is to educate all personnel on Air Force Policy and ensure the mission is not impeded because of human relations conflicts. As EO advisors, we stand ready to assist you. The 129th Rescue Wing EO office is located at the Airmen Resiliency Center, Bldg. 650, Room 126 and can be reached at (650) 603-8224 or 8128, for more information.
