Soaring Angel 13-1
Staff Sergeant Kristina Robertson, a forecaster with the 195th Weather Flight, from the 146th Airlift Wing at Channel Islands, manually checks weather conditions with a Kestrel Weather Meter during Soaring Angel 13-1 at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., Oct. 11, 2012. Robertson conducts hourly observations, allowing flight crew to have up to date conditions and changes to ensure the HH-60G Pave Hawks rescue helicopters and MC-130P Combat Shadow aircraft can safely operate in the current weather conditions.
