What is your favorite memory in the Air Force?
My favorite memories are of all the people I have met and the unbreakable friendships that have come from serving in the Air Force and the Air National Guard.

What motivated you to enlist in the Air Force?
It's kind of a cliché, but I really wanted to be part of something bigger than myself. I wanted to work with others who want more for our country and who work hard to protect our freedoms.

How has being an Airman changed your outlook on life?
Being an Airman, I have a greater understanding and respect for our country. Being held to a higher standard as an Airman has helped me be successful at other challenges in life that will better my future.

What's the most important lesson you've learned in the military?
The most important lesson I've learned is how to listen and follow directions.

If you could deploy anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would like to deploy somewhere where humanitarian work is needed.

If you could choose any Air Force job, which would it be? Why?
Meteorology, I am waiting for my class to start in June. I think weather will be challenging, interesting and fun.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in the valley, Oakdale California. Oakdale was a very small town with one stop light and a bunch of ranches. The town has grown a lot but the people that live there have faith and that really bring a community together. It's the only place that will ever be home.

What is your job in the civilian world?
I'm currently working, studying and training at the Police Officer Standards and Training Academy.

What are your hobbies?
I like scrap booking, and playing almost any sport, but I don't have too many hobbies. I mostly spend my free time with my son. We go on a lot of day trips to the mountains and to the ocean.
