"On behalf of the 129th Rescue Wing, I would like to congratulate NASA Ames and Planetary Ventures on the signing of their historic public-private partnership. The wing will continue working closely with their teams to ensure a seamless transition to the new airfield operators at Moffett Federal Airfield while ensuring there will be no degradation to our Federal and State mission sets, in particular our combat search and rescue capability."
