Who do I contact If I've been a victim of sexual assault?

If you have been a victim of sexual assault or simply have questions, please call the wing Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), Maurnike Stevenson at 650-224-0368, (24/7). You are not alone and help is available! If you cannot reach the Wing SARC, please contact the Joint Force Headquarters SARC, CPT Anna Yribe , at 916-854-3448 or 916- 869-0787. You can also call the DoD Safe Helpline at 877-995-5247.

If you are a victim of sexual assault, you can also seek help from your nearest Rape Crisis Center. Go to www.calcasa.org and enter your zip code.

The SARC falls under the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program, which reinforces the National Guard Bureau commitment to eliminate incidents of sexual assault through a comprehensive policy that centers on awareness, prevention education, and victim advocacy. 

The SARC is available to provide emotional support, victim advocacy, information and referrals and support through the medical and legal process for victims of sexual assault. These services are available 24 hours a day, every day.
